Time to catch up!!

So, again I have been the biggest slacker with this blog...but for the new year, my goal is to post something once a week. 

So, for tonight...how about a recap of what's been going on the past few months.

Victoria:

Victoria is doing great in preschool. It blows my mind that she will be starting kindergarten in another 8 months or so. She is writing her name really well and telling me new things she learns all the time. Like tonight at dinner she asked me if something looked like a trapezoid....i thought to myself, how on earth does she know what that is. She knows her numbers and letters and is starting to spell some things.She pretends to write letters to her friends all the time. She loves to color and does it practically everyday. 

She also started taking ballet and she loves it. We have even met a little girl that will go to the same school she will, so that makes mama happy!! 

 She got a bike for Christmas and is starting to really like riding it. I'm sure once the weather is nicer we won't be able to get her off. 

Caleb:

Caleb is also doing great in preschool. He seems to enjoy going and I don't have to force him in the classroom anymore. He was a part of the Thanksgiving program at preschool and he didn't sing 1 single word. He had been singing the songs for weeks to us and then when it came time to sing in front of everyone he just froze! My mom was able to go and sit with him for the lunch part of the program. He really enjoyed having her there! Caleb is so sweet one minute and then a little bear the next. He likes to give us trouble at night because he doesn't ever want to go to sleep. He is definitely our little night owl. He loves his siblings and is usually pretty nice to them. He loves to sing songs at night, play with his cars, and is in L-O-V-E with Toy Story. I mean ridiculous love!!

Caleb got a bike for Christmas too but is still a little scared to ride it. He still wants to ride his tricycle. I'm hoping soon that he will be brave enough to get on it. He is a little apprehensive when it comes to trying anything new!!

Christian:

My oh my!! My baby is growing up so fast. He finally started walking when he was about 15 1/2 months old. It didn't take him long to try to start running. He does have the cutest little walk I've ever seen! He is talking more and more. He says cheese when you try to get a picture of him. He is a little monkey too....he climbs on everything. He was climbing on the couch before he was walking...and he hasn't stopped one single bit. We have even moved his crib mattress as low as  possible because he was hiking his little leg trying to climb out. It doesn't surprise me at all, when Victoria was 18mo old she climbed out of her crib!

 He also loves Toy Story, even asks every time we get in the car to watch the TV. It is crazy how much this baby loves TV. He gets this little look on his face like he's in his little happy world, so funny! He is still a great baby but throws in a tantrum every now and then.

He is a big chunky baby and we've notice he has a long torso and short little legs, guess he got that from me. I think he's just a few pounds away from weighing the same as Caleb!!
